Ok, as it was the last option.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing Special. Everyday the same thing, few options, but enough for a breakfast. Location was good. 20 minutes by feet to the city center of Zell am See walking along the lake, which was really, really nice. The lake was 5 minutes walking from the pension. Bathroom was good. New. The room for snowboards and ski was also good, with heated hangers. Parking place was not a problem.
The bedroom was really. really small for 3 people. I reserved three people room with a double bed, a single bed and view to the mountains. We got a room with 3 narrow single beds and you had to put the head out of the window to see the mountains :-). For one or two days is ok. For more days not. The wardrobe had only one shelf at the top and no shelves or drawers. Awful to organize the clothes. There was also no space for the suitcases. You have to leave it closed in the wardrobe or on the top of it, which was really dirty. It was not possible to control the heater. It was necessary to open the window everytime in order not be not too warm in the bedroom.

Cute stay with friendly host just outside Zell Am See
Heidi, the host, is very nice and accommodating – she helped us look up buses to go to the different skiing systems etc. The breakfast is good and the place clean and neat!
The only downside with this place is that it is a bit outside the center of Zell am See and too far to walk with skiing equipment, however there is a bus just a couple of minutes away that takes you there in 10 minutes and connects to the ski systems so it is not a problem, just something to plan for.
